Finished work shows up here as compact cards. Proof lives in the artifact drawer: tests, notes, links, and screenshots. Nothing is complete without evidence. A human Accept on Complete is extra confidence, not a deploy gate. Done is done.

Needs review

Deployed work waiting on your read. Open a card to open the original artifact drawer. Pass/fail rows from a real test run, notes, and links are there. Screenshots are in that drawer too — not on the Complete card.

Accepting a spec can offer Add this to documentation, a markdown note in Knowledge, not a file upload. Summarize drafts the note; you still choose the area and save. Skip leaves Accept in place.

Accept can also generate Manual test cases. They land in Knowledge under QA as an interactive checklist, and they show on the Complete card.

Evidence

Complete Needs review and Accepted cards stay compact. They carry no screenshot thumbnails, galleries, or screenshot actions. Click the card to open the original Spec, Goal, or ticket drawer.

Structured screenshots render in those drawers: a bounded strip on Spec and Goal Overview, and the full collection on Spec Evidence and ticket detail. Capture at the full viewport. Prefer at least 1440×900 so the viewer stays sharp. Hub does not refuse a minimum size. A prose note alone is a log line on Complete, with no pass/fail rows and no screenshot tiles. Earlier Help that put screenshot tiles on the Complete card is superseded.

Missing evidence is quiet when Track completion evidence is Off. Turn that toggle On on the spec if you want the chip, the empty state, and the add-evidence row.
