Settings

Settings

Open Settings from your name in the top-right. This page is yours, account preferences, not tenant administration.

Profile

Your display handle and aliases. These identify you in assignments, mentions, and activity.

API keys

Mint a key when a connected app needs one (Cursor, Grok, some Claude setups). Give it a name that reminds you which machine it is for, then Create key.

The full token is shown once. Copy it (or the filled connect card under it) before you dismiss the panel. If you lose it, mint another.

Revoke cuts a key off immediately.

ChatGPT does not take a pasted key, it connects by sign-in. See ChatGPT.

Connected apps

Every app you have connected: the app, its permissions, when you connected, and when it was last used. Disconnect takes effect immediately.

Disconnecting inside ChatGPT does not revoke rinkata’s side. End access here if you want it actually gone.

Archived work

Recover Goals, Specs, and Tickets that were archived in this project. Work and Complete stay free of archived rows — this is a recovery shelf, not a fifth panel. This shelf is not where Hub projects go.

Open a row to restore a Goal or a Spec. Goal Restore asks whether it returns as Draft, Active, or Complete. Draft does not need a second confirm beyond that picker. Active and Complete need a human session in Hub (same class as archive). Closed tickets stay a record — file a successor instead of reopening them.

Agents cannot archive a Goal with a bare write. Archive, and Restore to Active or Complete, need a human confirm in Hub or a durable human approval stamp. Restore to Draft does not.

Admins

Workspace admins also see Analytics and Staff access on this page. Tenant roster, invites, and billing live under Admin, not Settings.
