Decisions

Needs attention on Work is the Decision queue. A connected agent can propose; only you seal.

Accept

Accept is one click: seal the Decision. It leaves Needs attention unless options are still unset, seal failed, or the leftover action is explicit Retire covering work….

Agents cannot Accept.

Reject

Reject is for a proposed Decision only. It is a lifecycle close, it does not archive covering work.

Retire covering work…

Confirm-gated. It retires the covering specs this Decision is about. It never runs from free-form Decision text, and it never runs on Accept by itself.

Retry

If a mechanical follow-through fails after Accept, Retry. Do not re-type the Decision.

What you will not see

There is no Propagate as the primary verb. After a successful Accept the next hop is not “update guidance” or “apply residual.” Absorb failure is Retry.
