Follow along
Follow along
Follow along shows what agents and people did in this project, newest first. Use it to watch agent work as it happens, and to step in when you choose. It shows what happened. Needs attention shows what waits on you.
Open it
- Follow along in the head of Needs attention, on the Work panel.
- Follow along in the user menu (your avatar), after Report. On a phone, the user menu is More.
Follow along opens as a drawer. Its address is /p/<project>/follow/all. Copy link shares it. Reload and Back keep it open, with the same filter.
What a row says
Each row says:
- Who: an Agent, a Person, the System, or a name from older history, as it was recorded. Not recorded means that Hub has no record of who made the change.
- What: for example created, started, blocked, reopened, linked requirements, reported done, verified, put in effect, accepted or archived.
- Which item: its id and title.
- When: how long ago. A change that Hub recorded before it kept change times shows no time.
Rows are grouped by day.
Only the newest row for an item shows the item's labels, on the right. The labels show the item's state now:
- A done ticket shows Reported when someone reported it done, or Verified when a person verified that completion.
- A decision shows its state, for example In effect · not accepted yet or Accepted.
- No completion recorded, No acceptance recorded, Out of date and Alignment unknown show something to look at. They do not block anything.
Step in
Follow along has no Approve, Accept or Verify button. To act on an item, open its row. The item's own drawer opens on top of the feed. Press Escape to go back to the feed.
Filters and older activity
All, Agents and People filter the rows. The filter is part of the address. Load older shows earlier activity. New activity comes in at the top without a reload. If Hub cannot get new activity, a line above the rows says Could not refresh activity. Select Retry.
