Work

Work is commitments in flight: decisions only you can make, claimed work that is moving, and work that is safe to pick up.

Needs attention

Decisions that wait on a human: Accept, Reject, or Retire covering work…. Agents can propose; they cannot seal. See Decisions.

If related work no longer matches what it depends on, Fix drift opens here. Refresh a stale plan before you apply it, do not reuse an old one.

In progress

Claimed work that is moving. Click a row to open the ticket, Goal, or spec drawer. You keep your place.

Ready to start

Safe to pick up, for you or a connected agent. A drafting spec blocks starting its tickets; Approve the spec first.

Tickets under a spec may follow Recommended order (hint) from the spec drawer. That order is a hint: it never blocks Start. Hard blockers still win.

Handoffs in this section Resume rather than Claim.

Claim and Start

They are not the same button.

Claim takes ownership. A Goal or spec Claim is ownership only. On a ticket, Claim without starting leaves it ready.
Start is tickets only. It takes ownership and begins the work. Nested tickets under In progress show Start.

Unclaim returns ownership. Starting a ticket on a drafting spec is refused until you Approve.
